OUR POLICY: Every week, we receive over 5,000 letters and e-mails from around the world. Consequently, it is quite impossible to publish and post every single letter we receive, regardless of the importance of its content. There are no rigid criteria for selecting and publishing readers' mail. However, paramount importance and a particular preference are granted to correspondences that reflect substance and provide interesting insight. The International News Agency retains all rights and privileges to publish or not to publish any material addressed to our columnists and editorial staffs. Although we do believe in the freedom of speech, our observance of  public decency and media fair reporting are highly applied.
