1-Room’s temperature control. 2-Slow access to elevators. 3-Slow check-in and check-out transactions. 4-Parking. 5-Many concierges do not speak their language. 6-Inaccessibility to their country newspapers. Many hotels don’t have foreign newspapers and magazines. 7-Small quantity of coffee bags in their rooms. 8-Not enough sugar packs in their rooms. 9-Many rooms do not have ashtrays. 10-Beds are too close to the walls. 11-The small size of the rooms. 12-Concierges can’t get them tickets to their favorite shows or major attractions in town. 13-Hotel’s restaurants closing early. 14-High prices at the hotel’s gift shops. 15-Room service food is always cold. 16-Mineral or spring water is not freely provided in their rooms. 17-Wake-up calls are never on time. 18-No shoe-shine service is available. And if they leave their shoes outside the door of their rooms, they will never find them again.

20-No live entertainment. 21-Room mini-bar drinks (mini-bottles in the refrigerator) are extremely expensive. 22-The television set is far away from the bed. 23-Wine list have only American wine or very few French selections.
25-Not enough bread on the table.
26-The waiter did not replace or bring new silverware for each meal.
27-The cashew, pistachio and peanuts bags are too
small and expensive.
28-The windows in their room don’t open.
29-There is not enough hangers in the room closet to
hand their clothes on.
30-The food has no taste and no flavor.

1-Complaining to employers will not result in any
change. 2-We were not given timely, reliable and truthful information about the job and the company.
3-As foreigners, they did not trust us. We were not
treated with trust and respect. 4-They don’t trust foreigners and foreigners do not trust them. Still we need each other. 5-We will always have problem with direct supervision and direct supervisors. 6-In big companies, you are nothing but a serial number. 7-Employers reprimand us in front of customers and fellow employees. They don’t care about your own feelings and whether you have been offended or deeply hurt in your feelings. 8-There is a lot of kissing asses. 9-The supervisor kick sasses of the small employees and kisses the ass of his boss. No honor and no self esteem. 10-You are never sure when they will fire your ass.. 11-Stand up for your rights and you will get fired on the spot 12-Tthere is too much pressure to learn something new.

13-Haven’t seen a promise that has been kept. 14-Promotions depend on who you suck up to. 15-Meetings are a waste of time. 16-We would like to see an 80 hour check. 17-Supervisors always stress bad points, never good ones. 18-They give you a raise after 3 months to keep you on the job if they need you badly, later to forget about you for 300 years. 19-They send us to training and who is training us? The guy we are complaining about. Terrific! 20-Thank you for allowing me to keep my mouth shut. 21-We keep hearing stuff like this: “Please hire employees who can speak English.” 22-I miss my supervisor when she is not here and I miss her more when she is around.
